Life Work Flow

On paper, everything is fine.
Inside, you're on autopilot.

You don't need more balance. You need your work and your life to flow in the same direction again.

Six questions, two minutes, nothing is sent anywhere. You see your result right away.

For professionals in tech, consulting, sales and corporate, roughly early 30s to mid-40s, who are successful on paper and running on empty: functioning, but not really living.

You know this

The job works. You don't feel like yourself anymore.

01Sunday evening already feels heavy.
02Vacation used to fix it. Now it lasts about three days.
03You think a lot about life. You just don't really live it.

"I don't know who I am without my job."

If that sentence lands, you're not lazy and you're not broken. You're living the role you learned, not yourself. Carl Jung called it confusing yourself with your persona.

I've been there

I'm André, everyone calls me Tico.

For almost eight years I worked in tech sales and Salesforce consulting, most recently as a Senior Sales Manager, building our office in Innsbruck. From the outside it looked like a great career. And it was.

And then, after years in corporate, my job was cut too. I had to reinvent myself. That's where I am now, and it's exactly why I'm building Life Work Flow.

I started working remotely in 2018, before COVID and before the nomad wave, and spent the years since between Munich, Cape Town, Europe and Latin America. I reinvented myself more than once: analyst and consultant, then sales leader, now speaker and creator. Not by quitting everything, but by bringing work and life into one flow.

That's what I help people do now. I'm the bridge between two worlds most people think don't fit together: corporate and tech on one side, psychology and consciousness on the other. Lived, not just learned.

Why it keeps breaking

It isn't a time problem. It's a flow problem.

Work-life balance treats work and life as opponents. So you trade one against the other, and both lose. Life Work Flow looks at six areas that either feed each other or drain each other. When one breaks, the others follow.

01 · BODYHealth, sport and lifestyle
The foundation everything else runs on.
02 · WORKProfessional goals
Work that fits who you are now, not who you were at 25.
03 · SELFPersonal goals
The things you keep postponing to "later".
04 · PEOPLEFamily and friends
A circle where you feel understood.
05 · GROWTHGrowth and learning
Including AI as a tool for more freedom, not more pressure.
06 · MINDMindset
Trust, intuition and the energy you bring into your days.

What changes

From autopilot back to being the author of your life.

Control→Curiosity Overthinking→Experiencing Autopilot→Awareness Waiting for certainty→Taking the first step Spectator→Author

Not a ten-step formula and not another optimization system. A decision you've postponed for too long, made, and a life where work runs with you instead of against you.

What you've already tried

Why the usual fixes don't stick

A vacation or sabbatical.
The scenery changes. You don't. Two weeks after you're back, everything feels like before.
Self-help books.
Good ideas, but they stay in your head. Rules without experience.
A new job.
New logo, same pattern. The autopilot comes along.
More apps and habits.
Productivity systems, meditation apps: even more optimizing, even less living.

How it starts

One conversation. One decision. One step in 48 hours.

1
A conversationWe look at your six areas and find where your flow breaks first.
2
One decision you've been postponingNot a five-year plan. The one thing that matters most right now.
3
One concrete step within 48 hoursBecause insight without action is just more thinking about life.

What you might be thinking

Fair questions

"I don't have time for this right now."

That's usually the clearest sign. If there's no room for one honest conversation, the autopilot is already running the show. We start with what gives you energy back fastest.

"I'm not into spiritual stuff."

Neither is this, at least not the vague kind. It's grounded in psychology (Jung, archetypes, the hero's journey) and in a very practical question: what does your week actually look like?

"Isn't this just coaching or therapy?"

Therapy works on what's broken and on the past. Most coaching sells hustle and optimization. Life Work Flow is for people who have "nothing wrong" and still feel something missing, and it looks forward.

"Why you?"

Because I lived it inside a real career, not instead of one. Remote since 2018, sales leader, years across three continents, and more than one reinvention. I know both worlds, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm not the right person for you.
